*A note on this: Good design can mean a lot of things, human-centered & data-driven is just the baseline. That being said, the baseline shouldn’t be so out of reach that small businesses have to resort to trying to juggle the cost & management of a researcher, analyst, strategist, designer, copy writer, photographer, and content creator (to name a few) just to try to keep up with the mega companies who dominate e-commerce, shelf, digital marketing… at this point pretty much all spaces.
